In the past, I've tried to create positive change by introducing new food brands that challenge the norm. But then I realized that even the most successful challenger brands don't reach the 80% of consumers.

In other words: At the supermarket, most people don’t buy the "better option". They buy legacy brands.

I no longer try to change this. Instead, I started the Sprezzatura mission to influence legacy brands to get better. Better ingredients. Better supply chains. Same taste. Same price. Just better.

KitKat would be the perfect fit for us—an iconic brand loved by the masses, with room to evolve quietly toward better ingredients and smarter choices.

While we may not start there, we’re actively looking for first acquisitions, minority investments and other ways to influence legacy brands in confectionery and snacking. We’re grateful for any ideas, leads, or support along the way.
