But towards the end of Chapter 16, he lost me when he starts ranting about "capitalism".
A thought pattern that irritates me and I encounter again and again: When people do bad things in an enterprise context, they point the finger at the "capitalist system". But when people do bad things in a government organization, it's simply about the people themselves. The state is accepted as God-given, as if it wasn't a human-made system with certain incentives.
